3. Support the X-HTTP-Method-Override header in the API

   Please put supporting the X-HTTP-Method-Override header for API on the roadmap. NetSuite is not alone in blocking http PATCH.

   We currently have our own integration between NetSuite and PandaDoc. As part of that we need to be able to retire documents when we change an Estimate in NetSuite. At that point the existing document is obsolete. So we are trying to use the api to change the status of the Panda doc from a NS server script:

   PATCH https://api.pandadoc.com/public/v1/documents/{document_id}/status/

   However PATCH is not universally accepted as a valid HTTP method and the NS scripting api does not offer it. Instead, to do a PATCH from NS, we usually use the standard workaround which is a POST with a header 'X-HTTP-Method-Override' = 'PATCH'

   When we do this, we get an error because it is not supported by your API.

12. Can we have a feature that could trace how many trees we've save while using the paperless transaction through using PD?

    I have a client who is curious about how many trees they've saved up while they're using the paperless transaction of PD.

    They want to know their stats on this, in terms of sustainability.

14. Improve form results user experience

    Improve Form results user experience, meaning instead of downloading the results as a csv file, that is not the best user experience we could:

    1 - Open form results and statistics on our platform where users could see the form results over time, trends and other potential data.

    2 - Have one or more integration actions such as Open Results on Google Sheets or Open Results on Online Office Excell.

    Option 1
    Pros:
    - Brings more value for our clients, as we can continue to improve the user experience and the capabilities of our product.
    - We can reuse some of the visualizations that already exist on the platform.

    Cons:
    - Time and effort to create the solution compare to Option 2
    - User education on a new feature will be needed

    Option 2:
    Pros:
    - Ease of use
    - Less engineering effort.
    - Users are educated on the excel/sheets products and they can take advantage on what the tools do.
    Cons:
    - User success on data discovery falls out of our scope.

20. Dynamic reference to section headers

    When you write contracts you typically reference another section in the document. For example you might say "as per Section 2.6". But if you then decide that section 2.6 needs to be moved, and it changes to section 3.3, all of the places in the document that say "as per section 2.6" won't dynamically change. This leads to broken references in the document.

    I would like section headers to get an ID and number/title properties. You would reference them like this: [ID.title] or [ID.name]. So in the above example, I'd go to Section 2 and get the ID. Lets call it "XYZ". Then, when I'm writing my document I'd say "as per Section [XYZ.number]". This way it doesn't matter if I move section XYZ around, all the places referencing it will display the correct number.
