do you have release notes for the salesforce pandadoc app? best i can find stops giving info about a year+ ago

Add a verbiage that the second page is the continuation of the same pricing table

Display all recipients to each recipient
I include multiple recipients for almost all of our documents. When I send the document, however, each recipient only sees his/her own name/address in the email header. I understand the reasons for this.
About 25% of the time, one of the recipients will either email me and say "You should have also sent this to _____" or they will forward their copy of the email to another recipient (not using the PD forwarding feature; just forwarding from their email) who will then click on the link in the forwarded email. In addition to the DropBox integration and being able to upload a file from DropBox, it would be great if I was able to upload a whole folder of documents from DropBox with the same integration.
