  3. Currently the document list has Title, Status, Value, and Modified date. It would be nice if other data were available like the number of documents within the document and the number of attachments attached to a document.

  4. A way for workspaces to communicate customers information better. We have many different departments who all deal with a customers file but at different stages. There needs a way to Be able to create workspaces for area of customer relations but have the customer banks the same. example adding contacts to multiple workspaces with one entry. having their sent documents visible from all workspaces. but allow initial processing, sold jobs, payment, and aftercare/service be separate. allows team to stay in their lanes and not see the mess of other departments.   14. The PandaDoc Notary Journal is not within Indiana state standards. Is there away you can make the journal so that this information can be added?

    This is from the Indiana Notary Guide:

    For each remote notarial act, you must enter the following information in your electronic journal:
    • The date and time of the remote notarization
    • The type of remote notarial act (acknowledgment, oath or affirmation, verification on oath or affirmation, signature witnessing, copy certification, etc.)

  19. Make unavailable the ability to download the pdf version of INCOMPLETE document for the recipient.
    Then, when the document is complete, they can download it.

    I'm having my clients sign my training manuals, to limit piracy. If they actually can download the unsigned version, it completely loses its point.

    This request has already been made and apparently released (https://pandadoc.uservoice.com/forums/926629-ideas-to-improve-pandadoc/suggestions/39884587-disable-download-print-pdf-option-for-recipient) but it didn't limit ONLY the download of uncompleted documents, which is a very important feature.
