Proposals that can convert to Contracts
It's very unfortunate that there is no simple way to create a proposal, share it with a client, edit it, and then pull it into a contract. I've been given two "workarounds" but document software like this shouldn't need a workaround, it should be a major component of the product offering.

The ability to change a pricing table image from the document.
The customer would like to be able to edit pricing table images from the catalog from within the document.

Signature Certificate when using initials
We would like to continue obtaining a Signature certificate when we use initials, sometimes the space is not big enough for full signatures. Thanks

The ability to be connected to multiple PandaDoc workspaces in Hubspot.

the ability to copy and paste line items; especially when you're giving a large facility a quote per department, and writing the same line item 30-40 times. The ability to copy the first line item and paste it 30+ times would greatly reduce the setup time for creating a large quote the first time.

Mass Download "Collect file" field attachments
It would be nice if when you download the document the attachments added to the collect files fields also download, rather than having to download them separately.
55 votesHi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. Unfortunately this feature does not exist natively, however there is a workaround to obtain the necessary download. Please submit a ticket to the Support Team to export all documents (or completed+paid) with the files uploaded into collect files field.
