At the moment, sandbox and live metrics are combined. Would like the sandbox not to affect the true API performance and to include time to close, sent to completed, and other metrics presented.4 votesHi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Variable in Document Name/Title within the bundle
Our users would like to use the Client Name Variable in the title of the document. This is already available in the PandaDoc title, but we would like to be able to use it in the title of individual documents. When we have multiple documents bundled it would be very helpful to have variables in the individual document titles, so they download with the correct titles.

Would like there to be an indicator similar to estimated PDF notification when a text block overlaps the header/footer.

Enable ways of organizing the tasks inside the Room by date so it appears to the client in the correct order.
It would be great if we could organize the tasks we have in the Room by date, or any other way we'd like, by just sorting it, like we do in the rest of the app. Right now we have to drag them to place in the order we need, which can work for some, so it shouldn't be blocked, but doing it automatically would save a lot of time.

Hubspot 2 Way Sync: Create a new contact and company in HubSpot from PandaDoc recipients
The option to create new contacts/companies in HubSpot when a document is completed by someone not currently in our hubspot account. We would like to be able to update contact and company properties in HubSpot from a document sent in PandaDoc.

Sync Role changes with SSO IDP changes
So we know that JIT (just in time) only allows provisioning first time, it doesn’t update or delete, and in SCIM implementation it's also very limited. We allow only deleting a user and changing their name.
It would be best as to assign, change, and sync roles using the identity provider to sync with the PD WS Roles instead of creating a new Role in PD.

Automatic Data Transfer Between Documents and Templates
A feature that automatically recognizes and transfers data from one document into another template/document. For example, applicants regularly send us their CVs, then we have to rewrite them to our template so that they all look the same and remove the personal data.

Follow up flow for a document
Currently Pandadoc quotes are clunky - relies on remembering all your quotations. Follow up is key to understand the client has not had issues with receiving the quotation etc...
If Pandadoc is really serious about improving this space a followup sequence needs to be implemented i.e. suggest 3 follows 1st is courtesy, 2nd is there anything we can do to move the sale along, 3rd is we're here for you but if you are not currently able to follow through please get in touch with us when you are ready.
