  1. "My problem is that when I pick “3” as the amount, it gives 10% discount on all 3 licenses. I want it to only apply to the 3rd license, and NOT on the first two."

  3. Additional International ID Verification options needed to scale PandaDoc globally. QES doesn't meet level of verification needed. KBA currently only US based. Expansion of ID and/or KBA verification options to non-US recipients.

  5. Need the ability to duplicate a set of radio elsewhere in the same document/template. There are state and federal forms that this functionality is needed (for example, State of Florida Do-Not-Resuscitate Form). Competitors already have this functionality.

  6. Once a document is signed, it would be useful to be able to send a copy of the signed document with certificate and any uploaded images to an "Admin" user for them to process.

    Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.   10. Moving/nudging form fields is too kludgy. This results in radio buttons and check boxes not aligning correctly with the underlying document. The end result is a document that lacks professional appearance and shows our customers that we lack attention to detail.

  11. Wants to have all products listed on the pricing table and select which ones, before sending, that the recipient is purchasing. To do that, you have to enable “optional item” for those products. However, we also have added fields to the document for the recipient to sign, but adding these fields also allows the client to change the product selections on the pricing table. Looking for a way to eliminate that.

Wanting the name of the product chosen to populate as a variable - This is critical for us as we use sections in quotes to allow us to offer different subscription bundles with add ons at different discounts. Using customized selections for sections in the quote table they are able to do this, but then in the Terms of Service/Agreement Details, I need to populate the name of their selection. We can currently use a variable to show the total based on their selection but we need to show the name too.

  19. Enable automation that records PandaDoc document status changes in MS Dynamics Notes section. Each update would include a clickable link to the document. This differs from the current functionality that only attaches PDFs of completed documents.

    Key benefits:
    - Creates a complete audit trail of document status changes (draft, sent, viewed, signed, completed)
    - Allows users to monitor document progress without leaving Dynamics
    - Provides easy access to documents at any stage with a single click
    - Maintains a comprehensive record of document lifecycle activities in your CRM

    While this request focuses on MS Dynamics, similar functionality would be valuable…

  20. hello there! So, we've noticed that Google Workspace supports auto provisioning through SCIM only for a subset or third parties that have apps listed on their catalog. They do not support any custom SCIM integration. We have noticed that PandaDoc has an app listed in their catalog, but for Android. Are there any plans at PandaDoc to publicize a web based SAML app in Google's catalog with auto provisioning features? If so, could we get a rough estimate so we can circle back when it's ready and redo the SSO integration with batteries included?
