  1. When using variables in the template name it can make it difficult to know which template to use especially if the name is only a string of variables. It would be helpful to be able to name the template one thing but still have the document name populated with the variables.
    Example Below:
    Template Name: Recurring Subscriptions Full Quote
    Document Name: {Company Name] [Create Date]

  2. Sending only 1000 documents per hour is frustrating as we need to send at minimum 22,000 documents out to parents for signatures. This means it essentially takes us 22 hours of work to send all of these documents, and with 8-hour working days, we are either working many overtime hours to send these docs, or having to spread it across 3+ days.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.   5. Option to remove the download banner " Final PDF version will be available once all the recipient signed the documents"

    This is confusing to some customer.

  6. When creating a large number of documents for signature in a healthcare context, document workers need every advantage they can get which includes keyboard shortcuts. Other signature tools we've used have had these and they are a life saver. Please add!

  8. It would be extremely helpful when you have Conditional Logic, to have the ability to have more than one rule apply to applicable options. For example, when selecting an option with radio buttons, it prompts the person to fill out a secondary radio button selection based on their first selection. It would be helpful to have a SECOND rule where when the person selects that first option, they ALSO have to fill out the text field.

  11. Allow mapping to different HubSpot fields in pricing table:
    This is a major pain point for us. We can only use deal line items to populate Contracts and have to manually populate Sales Proposals because we can't use the same line item description for both documents. The description in the pricing table of contracts needs to meet legal requirements, whereas the description in the sales proposal needs to be easy to understand and not full of legal jargon.
    We have a double work load with every sale due to this restriction.

    PandaDoc gets 2 information from IDP is FirstName and LastName, is it possible that PandaDoc get more information from IDP such as Job Title, Department, Phone number

  14. The ability to set up a code in PandaDoc, wherein you can change the format of tokens in PandaDoc without changing the format of tokens in HubSpot.

    Example:
    The value token in HubSpot is lower case but you set that the value is pulled in all caps to PandaDoc

  16. Currently, the PandaDoc and HubSpot integration only functions at the Deal level. We need this to sync not only at the Deal level but also at the Contact level. For example, the automation currently only attaches the completed file if the document was sent through a Deal, but it does not work when sending documents from a Contact record.

  18. Currently, when you create a quote, only the description of the main item is visible, while the descriptions of bundled items are hidden. It would be great to have an option to make the description of each bundled item visible as well.
