Reminder for the user updating the template that they need to update the content in bundled templates and other workspaces
Reminder for the user updating the template that they need to update the content in bundled templates and other workspaces.
At the moment, if the template is updated, the user doesn't know to update the bundles and loses admin time to edit and resend documents.

when adding a user have a dropdown to identify the team they are associated with
It would benefit to be able to categorize the team the user belongs to when adding a user with a dropdown when inviting them to the workspace.
This would help with understanding the use case when connecting with the user for feedback.
More importantly it would help build a QBR based on the use case to steer behaviors.
Customer feedback has been that they do not want to attend engagement events as the data is combined and not related to their specific use case to drive adoption behaviors.

Multiple Initial options but requiring only one of them to filled out
In our legal document we have 10 options and they need to initial beside the one option they are choosing. I cannot make the initial fields required because I need just one filled out. Radial Button does not work because the text for the options exceeds the radial button text field. assign an approver to an entire room as well as to a regular folder
Ability to assign an approver to an entire room, rather than to individual documents. They would like to have a team member draw up the documents, add to a room, and then once all 7 documents are ready for review, send an email to the manager, who can then review and send the room to the client. They would prefer the notifications to be applied to only the whole room, and not individual emails for each document. And ability to assign an approver to a regular folder?

Restrict document creators from selecting Skip when adding recipients (force them to select Continue instead)
When the document creators select "use this template", and then select Skip instead of Continue on the Adding Recipient screen, it doesn't apply the preassigned recipients. We would like to have a way to force the document creators to select Continue, so that the preassigned recipients are always applied to the document.
