  3. I want to be able to group check box fields to require one checkbox to be selected in the group.

    Currently, we cannot make the single check box fields required, because the customer may not need to check all of the check boxes but they need to select at least one (and often more than one) in a group.

    You'll find this is common on IRS forms, where you select the checkboxes that apply to your situation.

    We would like to make sure that the recipient does select at least one check box in the group before moving on.

  4. Current size limit for automation of completed files to auto save in SFDC is 12MB. This causes problems for customers with larger files to upload. ONLY option is to manually upload into SFDC.

    Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.   5. Customer would like the time timing of the payment pop ups in our platform to be triggered after the document has been viewed by the client. Presenting the payment popup before clients have had the chance to view the proposal may deter them from proceeding to open the document.

  13. Smart folders would be more useful (or at least equally as useful) as the "move to folder" automation. Smart folders could automatically sort documents into folders by status. They could also sort documents by tags. Ideally, the document library would be able to be viewed in multiple manners, similarly to the way Gmail uses tags or Outlook uses smart folders. You click on a smart folder, and all of the items that meet the criteria of the smart folder appear, even though the items are not physically located in the smart folder.   16. In the "My documents" section, you can see the creation date on the list, but if you use the search feature, it only shows you the "modified date" and doesn't give you the option to see the created date. i wouldn't mind a whole separate option for it or still being able to change the modified date column to the created date column. Sometimes we are looking for patterns with templates failing or getting stuck in draft from our API and it's more helpful to see the created date then it is the modified date.

  20. There is currently no redlining/suggestion feature available for Pricing Tables (only regular tables). Currently, recipients can only "Add a comment" to the pricing table.

    Clients being able to directly make suggestions in the pricing table fields, the same way they can for text content, would greatly improve closing speed and recipient experience.
