Move Completed document to a folder based on "name contains" value
There is currently an automation to send certain templates to different folders upon completion, but I would like to have a rule that allows us to set a "name contains" value and based on that criteria, send it to the corresponding folder.

Make MS Dynamics automation work with a document created from the account object.
We can create a note for a Quote/Opportunity in MS Dynamics when document activity happens, but we cannot do this for a document created from an account object.

Header & Footer: Be able to have a different first page header
To be able to have the header be different than the rest of the document. Currently, the cover page doesn't allow for block building making it not an option for one type of proposal.

Sort email attachments in order they appear in bundled document.
Option to have PDF attachments of bundled documents sorted in same order as they are in the bundle. Currently they are sorted alphabetically.

Move to Folder Automation--Need more options & ability to edit
The way the "move to folder" automation is set up currently, you have to create a new automation for every individual template--and you have to create a separate automation for each document status. This means that if you have 20 templates, you're creating 40 individual automations with no way to edit the automation after creation (so if one if created for the wrong template, you have to delete it and start over) and no way to duplicate an automation to speed up the process.

Document usage / tracking for how long users are editing documents
Similar to the tracking available for views/clicks once a document has been sent, the leadership at my company would like to be able to track how long our users are spending creating / editing a document, in order to track improvements in efficiency. The report about time from created to sent includes all time spent waiting for information or outside of work, we would like to see only the time spent in a document!

The ability to add instructions to users (add an image here, etc) on the template level. Content Placeholder is not an option as it only allows pre-defined selection.

Client ability to customize PandaDoc Interface Navigation Menu
I propose the idea of a more client friendly User Interface where the menu can be configured to the clients' needs.
For example, if a client is not using payments through Panda Docs, or choosing not to pay for the upgrade to use reporting; these menu items should be able to be hidden for a cleaner look and feel.2 votes -
Group users (by team/region/location) and apply custom role in bulk by group to limit visibility within the workspace.
Would like to group users by location/region/team (sales/support/etc) and set permissions based on the grouping.
For example: they have x locations and each location has sales, support, admin and other teams within that workspace.
The workspace should allow a grouping assigned by user per team and prevent that team from viewing other teams' data.
In this case, the user can be restricted to see only their items or all the items, not by group.
Creating a workspace per team + per location and applying custom roles per location is not scalable.452 locations + 1.2k+ users
