When a user duplicates a template with automations in the workflow, the automations do not duplicate. It would increase adoption to have the option to duplicate the automation workflow when you duplicate the template.

Counting finished forms and not form responses (just opened / started forms)
We think that it's more rational to count not the form responses but the forms themselves for a rational count to avoid for paying for form responses that weren't finished or efficient

Add configurable rules for variable names within a Template
Template creators may want to restrict the variable names that would be eligible within a template.
Desired level of the rule would be at the Workspace level, to apply to all of its templates.
Desired rule would be a white list of allowable names, with import/export features to ease maintenance.

landscape AND portrait mode support in same doc (when uploading)
We have several companies that provide quotes in landscape mode. Our proposal and several other docs are in portrait mode, so we need for PandaDoc to recognize when a page is in landscape or portrait upon upload and allow for those to be in the correct orientation (OR allow us to rotate any page, whatever can get this to us faster). I understand I can separately add landscape docs to docs that are in portrait, but this adds another step for us right now since these are uploaded in the same file.

Document sequence number token appears in template name when creating a document through HubSPot
Currently the document sequence number only appears in template name when creating a document from PandaDoc but not when creating it from HubSpot. We identify templates according to the sequence number so having this number appearing in the template name whatever way you access it is very important to us, because all our employees create documents from HubSpot.

Restrict download bundle as separate files
A way to disable the option to download bundled documents as separate files. So as a result, all users can only to download the bundle as single files by default.

Group content blocks
Group different content blocks together to drag and move them around easily. For example, if you have a half-page layout that you want to duplicate and move to another page while keeping the current margins, spacing, order, formatting, etc., you can group the content pieces together then duplicate and drag the entire block to a new location.
