Clio
A very popular software that the legal industry uses is Clio. It's essentially their version of a CRM. We unfortunately do not have a native integration with Clio. The only way to connect us with them is through a third party such as Zapier which adds complexity to a workflow. Protect Confidential Documents / Move Documents to New Workspace
Please allow us to move documents to a different workspace OR mark them as confidential. I have new employees coming in that need to work in the main workspace but should not have visibility to existing documents like employee agreements, company financials, certain contracts, etc.
I need a better way to partition documents to maintain confidentiality.

Keep a copy of initial email sent for record keeping purposes and compliance
Automating the process of adding yourself (the account holder/ sender) as the CC so you can have a record of the email that was sent for record-keeping purposes. I am aware you can do this in templates by assigning this to a role, but this functionality isn't present for sending singular documents at a time.
