Have a user type that can see all workspaces automatically
It would be easier if you could have a user type that could just see all the workspaces automatically and create new ones without having to be added to each one. Right now even the owner and superadmin can't see all the workspaces automatically.

Bulk download documents: Don't save folder structure
In case you download several documents from different folders, the zip file contains folder and subfolders (subfolders are named as folders where documents are located). Add an option to avoid subfolders and download everything in one folder.

verify and change name for the signatory, if misspelled. (on a sent document)
In case the document was sent with an incorrect contact information (first name or last name of the signatory), the signatory needs to have an option to verify their first and last name when they receive the document and be able to change it before signing the document, in case of a typo.

Page Break - Provide line spacing settings untherneath header section and above footer section
Page break - allow space settings untherneath header section and above footer section for better perceived quality with automatic page breaks. Currently many users are adopting workaround with manual page breaks and inserting text space object.
Today automatic page break is almost of no use.
Adding this simple feature would allow enhanced productivity and more easy user adoption for multi-page documents.
Easy solution would be to provice setting for empty space line in the header and footer sections.

Integrations | Using an alternative token in replacement when an original token's value is blank/unknown
We are currently using PandaDoc and HubSpot and we generate documents using their integration.
We are currently experiencing a bit of issue with the flexibility of this setup since we cannot program the templates on PandaDocs to use alternative HubSpot properties whenever the original one is blank.
For example, on letters, we would like to greet them with their [Preferred Name] however that field not always populated and instead of leaving it as blank, we would like to use [First Name] instead, and vise versa.

Setup Zapier integration to automatically send out PDF with the document name and not with the UUID. Also, be able to adjust the PDF File name with Zapier integration.

Document Extraction Capability - Extract data from completed documents to be auto-populated into a new document
Once a document is completed, being able to extract only some of the pages to be able to create a work order, without values. We want to be able to extract only some of the data that needs to be populated into the work order (another document).

A Collaborator with Approver Access
Client would like a person in the approval group to be able to suggest edits, but still be able to approve the document at the end of the workflow. Current if you're a collaborator you're unable to also approve a document. Instead of listing the same email for collaborator and approval group (and more importantly to eliminate the approval email that goes out) the client would like the collaborator to be able to suggest edits and then approve the document on the spot without further next steps post suggesting edits.
