Role for Recipient Approver
Have a role for the recipient to be setup as the Approver. This way we will be able to send the document to an approver on the recipient side, and then allow the approver to forward the document to a different recipient who can sign on behalf of the recipient.

I would love to have PandaDoc integrated with Quick-base/YSL where we upload all our docs so they can be uploaded automatically instead of sitting and downloading and uploading many docs each day. it would save tons of time and is much more 2023 style

Notification on approved/rejected to particular recipient mail using conditional rule
There is an employee and supervisor when the admin send a timesheet to the employee he/she should look into the timesheet and can edit it if needed. Once he is done with the timesheet, it should route to the supervisor, he'll check and give approval/decline, which should be notified to the employee like the timesheet is Approved/Denied.
