Centralized variable management
What we see happening over time is that we create multiple templates with roughly the same content. Updating these templates is a time consuming endeavor because there is no way we can centrally manage/update the content.
How cool would it be if there would be a central page in settings called "Variables" where
You can create variables with set content.
reuse these variables across all your docs.
A variable could also be an image or a piece of content library contentIt is a simple yet efficient idea that would make our lives a lot easier.

Make it possible to map PandaDoc document status to other Salesforce object status fields (rather than Opportunity)
The sync triggers for the document status on the quotes we send out with PandaDoc are more appropriate for us to sync with the status field on the Quote object in Salesforce (rather than the Opportunity object). In future, would it be possible to map the document status to the Quote object status field or maybe even to a custom object status field for a different document?

If no data is pulled into the variable when creating a document via Zapier, the variable should be replaced with blank spaces

Notify that API key needs to be reset (Salesforce)
Notify the user to reset API key (SF integration) so that the triggers work correctly. For ex., the issue with attach PDFs to notes and attachments has been resolved twice via resetting the API Key. However, there was no notification for the user that the Key got expired

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

A button to "add rows" to a form template table.
Allow the form user to click "add rows" or a plus sign or something to add rows of data. I would create a template with headers and 1 row of data and then the user could add rows to match however many rows of data they have.

HMAC 512 version for Webhooks
On our side we're able to read only HMAC signatures in version 512 but you offer only HMAC-256. Are you able to bump-up the HMAC version (or add as another option) or enable option for send custom header with any kind of secret string for verify webhook?

Dropdown Field w/Fill-In option
It would be great if Dropdown Fields could have a "enter-yourr-own-value" option. Like this:
Favorite Color
- blue
- green
- yellow
- red
- ENTER-YOUR-OWN-VALUE -... so someone could fill in "chartreuse" or whatever their choice is, if it's not included in the suggested options.

Variables with Dropdown option AND/OR Repeatable Fields
I'd like to have a Variable appear multiple times throughout a template, but I want a dropdown option for the Variable.
For example, let's say I need to specify one of 3 locations: US, AUS or EU. Let's say that choice is repeated in various locations throughout my template. Right now, PandaDoc offers no way to choose that option from a dropdown AND have it repeat throughout the document.
I can either:
a) make a Variable with no dropdown option, or
b) create a Field with dropdown option, but I can't duplicate that field, so I'd have to manually re-enter…9 votes
