  2. Copy contact in PandaDoc - create this way a new contact: Create a contact copy - useful e.g. for 2 contact from the same company. All fields can then remain and only the name+email would be change. Would save a lot of time.
    Currently, the new contact has to be completely filled out again.

  6. To transfer the TEMPLATE to someone else so that any time a doc is created from that template, they are the owner and then when it's sent it comes from them

  8. In MS Word, you can use fields to link to header names, page numbers, captions - this would be a really helpful tool in PandaDoc. We often have to make minor adjustments to our templates, as clients sometimes ask us to address something specific in their proposal. If I add another section/figure to the document, I need to manually change any references to headings, figures, tables.

  17. When duplicating a document, to preserve the information (payment data).
    It would be helpful to have a toggle to allow the payment data to transfer to the new document when duplicating it.
    example: A completed agreement for an event with the number of guests, deposit, and date.
    Then the client needs to update the number of seats where the deposit needs to be updated; when duplicating the document, the deposit amount could be updated while maintaining payment data.

  19. calculate subtotal for 1 item in pricing table ( in case there are many items. at the moment if the quantity is 5 for example, line subtotal will be for all 5 items. Clients need to see also subtotal per item and then subtotal for the needed quantity.

  20. Ability to create a report that shows the history of Order Forms. If an Order Form was rejected before being approved, and if so, how many time it were rejected till it was approved.
