Flexible Formatting in Quote Builder and UI Notifications When a Formatting Issue and Breaks CRM Sync
We use PandaDoc with HubSpot. Current formatting requirements are very rigid. Would be very helpful and improve readability for our customers if quotes could have simple flexibility such as US date formatting option, forward slash or period for dates instead of strictly hyphens, and commas allowed for numbers.
It would also be very helpful if a simple notification appeared in the UI when there is a sync error. We have had ongoing mysteries with our team that can take 30-45 minutes to track down sometimes because a simple value mismatch has occurred (e.g. a comma used in a number, date…

Ability to Switch from Mobile Browser Version to Desktop Browser Version on Mobile Phone
Currently when you open PandaDoc.com on a mobile browser, the mobile version of the site displays, but there's no way to opt out of that version & continue displaying/using the full desktop version.
As someone who prefers to use a mobile browser over an app, it would be nice to at least have the option to display the full site on my mobile browser.
The mobile version still has very limited functionality, and as an admin I'm often asked to do simple tasks like check out settings/integrations/etc. As it stands now, I have to pull out my laptop to do…

Reporting: document progress tracking based on roles
Add an option to view document progress throughout the signature workflow under Reporting. When using templates with multiple roles (e.g., Department 1, Manager, Staff), where each role represents a step in the signature process, users should be able to see which step the document is currently at, which recipients have already signed, and which recipients still need to sign.

Show past-due renewals in the “Upcoming Renewals” tab
Enhance the “Upcoming Renewals” tab to also include documents with past-due renewals - for example, those that were supposed to renew within the last 30 days but haven’t yet been processed. This could be presented as a “Past Due” section within the same view or as a toggle/filter option.

Fillable Fields: Remove anchoring of fillable fields inside tables or streamline the process.
Right now, fillable fields anchor themselves to the dominant part of the table whenever you try to use enter or backspace to move the fields.
Remove the anchoring or improve the field behavior in regards to when using enter or backspace to move them around within the table.

Allow Document Sender Reassignment Without Resetting Signatures
When a user leaves the organization and is removed from the PandaDoc workspace, their name remains as the sender on all previously sent documents. This creates confusion for clients, especially when trying to access or reference older documents sent by former employees. Have the ability to reassign the sender or update the sender information on previously sent or completed documents without impacting the document’s status.

Add Native Lookup Relationship Between PandaDoc Document Object and Quote Object in Salesforce
Currently, the PandaDoc Document object in Salesforce has built-in lookup relationships with the following standard objects: Opportunity, Lead, Account, and Contact. When documents are generated from these objects, the relationship is automatically populated, allowing for seamless integration and reporting.
When a document is created from other Salesforce objects, such as Quote, the associated object ID is only stored in the Custom Object ID field, which is a text field. This prevents users from leveraging the Quote relationship in native Salesforce reports or automation tools, as no actual lookup relationship exists.

Some documents—like HR or legal paperwork—may contain sensitive information that shouldn’t be visible to all parties. This request is for a feature that allows users to configure "FYI-only" notifications upon document completion. These recipients would receive a notification that a document has been completed, but would not be granted access to the document contents or record.
