  1. We are wondering if it's possible to have the Line Items from HubSpot populate our PandaDoc Quotation in our specified order. We have a standardised system and are using category conditional logic where we input items into corresponding categories, but we would like to have a bit more flexibility in terms of specifying an order of those line items in our pricing table because as of now it's transferring those items in a random order.

  3. We now have a Workspace default which is nice to have but it would be better if the Workspace Default could work as a Default in the Workspace.

    1. In forms - If you create a form without the "Attach PDF" enabled, once the form is created and even after enabling the "Attach PDF " in Workspace default. There will never be a PDF attached solely because the form was created without the option being enabled.

  7. Currently, the PandaDoc and HubSpot integration only functions at the Deal level. We need this to sync not only at the Deal level but also at the Contact level. For example, the automation currently only attaches the completed file if the document was sent through a Deal, but it does not work when sending documents from a Contact record.

  8. If text field width is not long enough to enter required data when using field validation, allow that field to scroll to enter full data but not resize text box due to limited space on form.

  10. The only option to share email notifications to a (Shared email) is to add the email to a cc on the template/document level. I would be nice to have an option to select where the email notification will be received. Like a shared email address

  12. At the moment you can only request the second payment on split payments after a period of time. We don't necessarily know when the payment is due as it's due on job completion. Could this be added as a manual trigger where we can request the payment to the customer?

  18. One Click Sending. When creating a new document from a template, it would be nice to have the option to send from the add recipients screen rather than having to click continue, open the document in PandaDoc, and then click the send button.

  20. My clients like to get a PDF of the document to share. The PandaDoc link is great for execution, but with proposals they like to send it around to others to look at and markup for negotiations. It would be great if I could "send" it then an email automatically pops up in Gmail to send them with my signature.
