  5. Be able to set expiration date for forms inside of the form so that it is inherited by all the documents created based on the form (like with templates)

  6. When duplicating a document, to preserve the information (payment data).
    It would be helpful to have a toggle to allow the payment data to transfer to the new document when duplicating it.
    example: A completed agreement for an event with the number of guests, deposit, and date.
    Then the client needs to update the number of seats where the deposit needs to be updated; when duplicating the document, the deposit amount could be updated while maintaining payment data.

  8. calculate subtotal for 1 item in pricing table ( in case there are many items. at the moment if the quantity is 5 for example, line subtotal will be for all 5 items. Clients need to see also subtotal per item and then subtotal for the needed quantity.

  11. It would be very helpful to be able to add our own customized text or image to the password submission screen. There is a lot of available screen real estate (see the attached image from https://support.pandadoc.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500002610481--Editor-2-0-Protect-documents-with-two-factor-authentication). There is already a small paragraph of PandaDoc-specific text ("by clicking Submit and using PandaDoc's services..." "...as detailed more fully in PandaDoc's Privacy Notice [linked]."). But since the recipient will enter the password to access OUR documents, it's critical that we can add a bit of our own text as well. This could be something like "by clicking Submit, you agree to confidentiality…

  12. For a workflow document, we create a new field and for its location we choose “match text”. We provide text that would be on the document (i.e., “Subcontractor Signature”. It asks for x and y offset from the location, as well as the option to have it look in a certain page range, as well as which occurrence to use should there be more than one match in the document.

  14. It would be great to have an option of displaying some additional information in tooltip/popup after clicking/mouseover.

    The customer will have the option to view additional information (about a product/service in the offer) without having to leave the document (as is currently the case with hyperlinks)

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
