  1. Tab through variables before sending them out to the recipient

    We need to tab through variables quickly
    Before sending out the document to a client, we need to complete the variables and then send them out. It would be helpful to our workflow to be able to tab through quickly.

  3. Non-editable text block in PDF uploaded via API

    Add ability to pass non-editable fields in PDF. This was documented before in https://developers.pandadoc.com/reference/new-document#create-document-from-pdf, as "text" type field in "PDF Field Tag Supported Types", but removed as it was not working. There's no other way to pass non-editable field via PDF upload, and that forces to use templates for such feature, which is inconvenient for end user.

  7. Ability to pull products from Insightly

    Insightly integration doesn't allow the customer to pull products (they have had to do their own API integration); was told by Insightly that it had to do with us still being on the old version of their API

  10. Set default country details in Stripe

    We are currently using PandaDoc to accept credit card payments via the 'Payment Block' synced to Stripe. We are able to set the default currency, but haven't been able to set the default country details.

    The ability to preview a Form before filling out the email address. When someone generates a Form, only to see what it looks like, it still counts against the overall Form total.

  13. Centralized variable management

    What we see happening over time is that we create multiple templates with roughly the same content. Updating these templates is a time consuming endeavor because there is no way we can centrally manage/update the content.
    How cool would it be if there would be a central page in settings called "Variables" where
    You can create variables with set content.
    reuse these variables across all your docs.
    A variable could also be an image or a piece of content library content

    It is a simple yet efficient idea that would make our lives a lot easier.

  15. Add "To Sign" to Dashboard

    Would it be possible to add a "To Sign" tile to the Dashboard? It is an important piece of the document workflow that is not shown on the Dashboard. I used to go to the Inbox and the documents needing to be signed were at the top. Now they no longer are and you can't sort or filter the inbox, so I now go to Documents and sort. It would be more efficient though, if the app included a "To Sign" tile on the dashboard. Thanks in advance for considering this request.

  18. Make it possible to map PandaDoc document status to other Salesforce object status fields (rather than Opportunity)

    The sync triggers for the document status on the quotes we send out with PandaDoc are more appropriate for us to sync with the status field on the Quote object in Salesforce (rather than the Opportunity object). In future, would it be possible to map the document status to the Quote object status field or maybe even to a custom object status field for a different document?
