Tick box near variables so if selected it automatically copies variables from somewhere else on the form to avoid duplicating work
We have some variables that may or may not be the same as others. This means when customer is completing order form they may need to enter the same information more than once. It would be really helpful if there was the option to enter a tickbox that says something like 'Same information as above'

Pin Frequently Used Templates
As a frequent user, I would LOVE to be able to "pin" or "favorite" my frequently used templates and folders. Right now, I have to search through all these different templates and click on them to see if they are for my site or not and it's very confusing and a big mess. If the form could be pinned, then I would know that I am going to the correct one and that I am not wasting what little time I have throughout the day searching.

Advanced search options/ Search within the Folder
Ability to search and apply filters within the specific Folder in Documents and CL items. For now the search field filters apply to all of the content, which makes it not convenient and still a long time to find something.

Editor 2.0 > "Image" Block - Include PDF as a supported file.
In our contract, we include the PandaDoc signed cost proposal as "Attachment B" to our contact, which is visible to clients without clicking on an attachment. The PDF file format option was available to us using the classic editor. However, in 2.0 the image block only supports the following 3 files: JPG, PNG, WebP. Since PandaDoc does not export completed documents in these supported file formats, it makes it incredibly challenging to include the cost proposal as a visual document in our contract.

UI / UX Update Is not Easy to Use
Document Editing has become miserable in the new update. Not easy to find all of the buttons.
How do I reassign signing privileges to another individual without deleting the previous signer off?
Roll back to the old PandaDoc UI / UX because this update is trash.
