Show 2 decimal digits when rounding the price, discard the digits that go next
When calculating and rounding prices in the PT, 2 decimal digits should be taken into account. The third/forth, etc. digits should be discarded. I.e. if the calculation results in 100,0053, the price should be displayed as 100,00, not 100,01

There is something very unappealing about PandaDoc. It is the fact that one must consent to a warning that personal data will be gathered. One gets this warning twice: on opening, and before signing. I don’t recall seeing this message with any competitor." Can the number of warnings be reduced or eliminated?

Pop up notification for admin for all users
Would like to have the capability of an admin to notify all users of announcements.
Example: Now that contract negotiations is available, she has 46 users that need to be aware of this feature.
Rather than sending a group email, there could be an option in application to send a pop-up notification to all users sharing the feature and include articles.2 votes -

PandaDoc + Drift.com would provide a huge value to customers.
PandaDoc customers would receive notifications when prospects are viewing a proposal and answer questions directly within chat.
Customers could be routed to the representative that sent the proposal.
CRM would reflect both interactions providing teams with better insights on messaging.

Lock ability to create a document from an existing sent document
Create a setting to block the ability for users to create a document from a sent document.
Idea is to force them to convert the sent document into a template or use an existing template.
This would reduce the possibility of client data transferring to another document.2 votes
