  1. When viewing a pandadoc on a mobile device (not through the pandadoc application) the words of a document become garbled. (coding for mobile web is not user friendly)

  5. The functionality of creating a document from a template is very good from the App, but it is not practical if you cannot do simple things like delete sections or pages, or include the value of the proposal. It would be great if you incorporated this kind of functionality.

  7. It would be very useful to be able to name the pages of the document in such a way that when an audit of the proposal or contract is carried out, it is possible to know if what the client saw the most was the "pricing" page, the "cover" or which of the particular sections.

  13. It would be great to allow for the following when using document automation fields based on PD Contacts:

    If a contact field, such as phone number or address is placed in a document, if those fields were empty in the contact, you could set them to be required or optional, and whether update is allowed, and accept user entry or update, which would then update the contact record. It would also be nice to indicate to the user that input or update is requested or required.

  14. In Editor 2.0 currently, we are unable to Copy & Paste the Pricing Table in our Agreements. This was a fundamental feature for my position and what I do daily, and the inability to copy and paste the Pricing Table into an email and manually manipulate the data is inconvenient and really slows me down. Snipping tool or a screenshot of is ineffective also because I do have to manipulate the data in the email. I really hope that we are able to resolve this ASAP, as it significantly impacts my day-to-day and was a key feature in the original…

  15. Currently the subject of the email when a document is sent from a template is the name of the template and a message has to be written each time a document is sent via a template. I suggest that each template can have a custom default email subject and message that is filled into these areas and is able to be edited when sent but is auto filled to a the pre-set subject and message

PER CLIENT: I know other e-signature platforms we have used in the past (AdobeSign, DocuSign) allow for complete customization, but I could not find much information on the forums regarding email templates. To create uniformity across client-facing surfaces, our client has requested that we modify the email template used in their esignature requests to include specific (1) stylized fonts, (2) font size, and (3) specialized text, instead of the default PandaDoc font and message body structure.

  20. Signature Fraud warning - if multiple signing on the document and all signature come from the same IP address prompt the admin that a signature might be invalid and not signed by the right people.
