Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Billing custom role/custom role permissions
Credit Card fields: values entered for the card number can only be unmasked by specific roles such as Admin…or a custom role like “Billing”. Currently, each person is at the very least is able to unmask that information if they are the author/owner of the document. We would like it so even the person who made the sale could not view that information as it is irrelevant to anyone outside of our billing department.

Simplify Manual to Complete Status Change
Need to have a simple ‘manual complete’ the document feature, similar to 1.0 On 2.0 you have to be on the main company list of docs, find yours and then click on the 3 dots, then manually complete, download and then upload back into zoho. Too many steps that slow down the process. Should be easy, click manual complete, insert PO# and/or brief statement, and should automatically go into zoho. (similar to 1.0)
This is especially true if a client doesn’t complete the document using the online signature. It take more steps to complete manually on 2.0 than on 1.0…
