  4. 2-way sync with Insightly

    As I mentioned, if all the data is in INsightly beforehand, everything works fine. However, that doesn't work with our workflow, where we prefer to have the client enter certain information.
    IT's not for confidentiality purposes...we want to put the burden of entering credit card and bank information on them because, if they make a mistake, it's their mistake, not ours.
    That's what we're doing now. Insightly did not have the custom fields we needed for credit card and bank information, so we added them to their Opportunity object. When we create a new Opportunity in Insightly and fill in…

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  12. [Bulk Action] Bulk Export Document Details Using API

    We are trying to call the document list API and then use the document IDs to fetch all the document information (Document details API) and store it in snowflake.

    But as document details API only responds with only one document details, Exporting details for all the documents is very time-consuming even with parallel API calls. Hence a Bulk API export will be helpful.

    Hi. Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your perspective. While we currently don’t offer this feature, we made some improvements to our product that may help you cover those scenarios namely:

    - Recipient view localization.
