Sync HubSpot tokens and the ones in a document
At the moment the list of tokens in a PandaDoc document is copied from HubSpot at the very moment when a document is created. When a property is deleted from HubSpot, the token disappears only in HubSpot -> Show PandaDoc Tokens, but not in list of Variables in a document. The feature request is to sync those list of variables in a document and in a deal/contact/company

product catalog option to "deactivate" sku
When making updates to PD catalog, they need to delete the old SKU completely or name it as "archive". But they want an option to "deactivate" a sku so that everyone can still see it and what it entailed but can't actually add it into a pricing table

Add logic after a document is completed
Be able to add custom logic after a regular (not embedded) document is completed. For example, count the number of users, who completed documents, created from the specific template (document completed event = +1 to the variable, which counts the number of users, who completed)

Would like to be able to configure multiple price fields from Salesforce to define different types of Pricing Tables
Right now, we can only have one price field come over from CRM, would like to have two, as we quote two different ways, sometimes we like to define the discount as a lump sum, and sometimes we like to do it as a line item discount. We can't have two different templates now as the data variable only comes over after the document is generated (would like to avoid requiring the user to add a column to the table as they don't always know which one is correct.)

Report Revenue
Revenue generated is misleading (Total € for completed docs). It should not be on the SENT document column but in the completed!
Moreover we would like to see the OPEN Revenue, the COMPLETED Revenue and the difference (VIEWED).
There is also need of a report for all manually completed documents. Otherwise it is impossible to track them down since they do not appear in these reports.7 votes -

Option to add multiple signature fields assigned to the list of recipients at once
Ability to add multiple signatures assigned according to the list of recipients without having to manually assign each field to a particular recipient, i.e. if the document has 20 recipients added, the client needs to have an option to add 20 signature fields on a page at once, and those fields should already be assigned as per recipients lists
