    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

At the moment (25 August 2020) it is possible to pull only the following contacts fields when you create a document from Company record in Hubspot : first name, last name, email address, phone, company name, job title, street address, city, postal code, country, state/region. The feature request is to be able to push contacts date of birth & contacts custom fields when you create a document from the Company record in Hubspot

  9. In reporting dashboard, it would be helpful to see aggregate data for document analytics. For example, instead of only seeing doc analytics for each individual document, it would be helpful to see how clients respond to pages in a document as a whole. Do they all spend under a min on page 2, for example... This is probably hard to do since some templates get changed once in doc form (i.e. deleting/adding info so page numbers may start to contain diff info), but maybe this can be achieved by using meta data/ tag driven analytics.

  10. Customers using countersignature don't have a way to identify documents needing countersignature at a high level - therefore creating bottlenecks for otherwise executed documents.

    Add a tile to dashboard for "awaiting your signature" to let clients know when their countersignature is required for docs at a high level.

  11. Customers need to go through the approval process every time they edit the document - which is inconvenient and creates a bottle neck when they're editing for small reasons (i.e. not pricing or discount or terms related).

    It would be nice to pin approval workflows to specific blocks, or define a way to bypass for edits.

  15. They suggested that we remove the pop up in the middle of the screen and show all available workspaces when you initially open the side drawer. You could then click on the workspace or hover over and select the part of that workspace you would like to go directly into. For someone who frequently jumps in-between workspaces, I thought it could improve the current experience.
