Prepopulated date field option, Allow user to preset their default font options for account & app update to allow allocating signers
add an option to insert a date field that will prepopulate the date for a signing date, update and allow users to preset their default font options for each account to safe having to alter everytime a new document is opened. the current default font Georgia does match any other basic document programs default something like Arial or calibri are defaults in MS Word and Adobe DC you should be trying to have default the same as other programs so file blend better and then have options so users that want a different font for some reason can change it…

Pricing & Package
Add a PACKAGE between Essentials and Business.
Many businesses only need to capture binding signatures, tracking, and maybe templates (current or owned business templates).
Our type of business has no need for content library, forms, catalog, or any of the integrations.
A package with business branding, capture binding signatures, tracking, templates, and other basic features like the dashboard in between ESSENTIALS & BUSINESS around $25 would be a good package to promote.

Trigger Approvals based on if a section is edited
Have the ability to say, "if this section (pricing table, text, page, etc.) is edited, then this document should go off for manager approval". The user should be warned when clicking into one of these sections that any edits will trigger an approval.

Approvers names appear as the names not as icons only

Improved connection to Square
As it stands, the integration with Square is virtually unusable. We're can collect payment on a document but we can't manage the payments unless we're using a built in invoice. A workaround for now would be when adding payment to a document, generate an invoice in square so that the payments can be managed from Square. Right now, the payment only shows in square when it gets paid.

Grand Total for 2 Different Pricing Table
is it possible to have a calculated field that shows the total of 2 different pricing tables? for some context, because we cannot set tax rates against the products in the catalog, we cannot rely on our sales team to remember to set it to include/exclude GST, so we have added the two pricing tables. would be great it we could show a Grand Total down the bottom of the two

Automatically add pages to the document if PDF page limit is exceeded / Transfer content blocks exceeding PDF page break to the next page
Automatically transfer content blocks/divide content blocks if they exceed the indicated PDF page break. as of the moment if a text block is large and the page break is indicated, you'll need to manually transfer the text to the next page in the web view. The client would like this to be done automatically, i.e. if the text is too long, it automatically appears on the next PandaDoc page
Ability to enable a limitation that won't allow creating pages longer than they'll be displayed within the PDF version of the same document.
