Role Options for Upload File via HubSpot
Shared a workaround with client, but Inga's team sometimes still chooses to upload files via the HubSpot. When they do this, it auto cc's everyone on the deal (sometimes up to 100 people). If rep isn't paying attention, they send to all those people. Would prefer no one is auto cc'd and they have to assign recipients.

Scroll through the TOC
Currently if the TOC is too long on the recipient view, they don't have the ability to scroll through it. In order to see the bottom few options, they need to scroll to the last pages of the document. This defeats the purpose of having the TOC on the left menu if you can't see all the options.

Bulk Send via API
bulk send doesn’t have rate limits and uses a less urgent queue so more cost effective for clients. we actively discourage using the API for bulk sending. It’s considered “potentially abusive” to stay at the rate limit of 10 pdf/sec for a sustained period of time. this comes from the issue of have 30 minute + backlogs of document creation from large customers doing API bulk sends

Attach a file to the created PandaDoc document via Zapier.

Sync HubSpot tokens and the ones in a document
At the moment the list of tokens in a PandaDoc document is copied from HubSpot at the very moment when a document is created. When a property is deleted from HubSpot, the token disappears only in HubSpot -> Show PandaDoc Tokens, but not in list of Variables in a document. The feature request is to sync those list of variables in a document and in a deal/contact/company
