Unpaid and Paid Invoices Report
Pandadoc should have an option for creating reports for PAID and UNPAID invoices.
As of now, I am unable to create a report showing which clients are still pending to make a payment and who have already paid. Due to amount of invoicing and receiving payments by other means other than apps linked to pandadoc, it would be very helpful to have an option to create a report for paid and unpaid invoices to follow up with clients for payment.
Reports should have information on Client/Company such as address, email, description of services, amount billed, date invoice was sent, unpaid/paid,…

Fields & Contacts sync in app
I'd like to be able to insert fields into the contract that require the recipient to update their contact information. Then, I'd like that information to be automatically added or updated in the contacts. Then, I'd set up other integrations to update my client's information across all of my platforms.

Bi-directional contact fields
It would be great to allow for the following when using document automation fields based on PD Contacts:
If a contact field, such as phone number or address is placed in a document, if those fields were empty in the contact, you could set them to be required or optional, and whether update is allowed, and accept user entry or update, which would then update the contact record. It would also be nice to indicate to the user that input or update is requested or required.

Add a Suggestion Box
A 'Suggestion Box' would be easy way to receive customer feedback and concerns. I would have used this feature to let you know that I am not a fan of the 2.0 program version as it is not as user friendly as the one before....it's too must like a creator graphics program now and is cumbersome to work through.
