  5. Currently it is only possible to set silent = true or false at the document level. There are scenarios where recipient level control is needed, e.g. for embedded signing. If recipient A is embedded signing and recipient B is signing from email, we wouldn't want recipient A to also receive email notifications.

  6. Users cannot currently request a notary from a specific state when doing an On Demand session. Certain states, such as Florida require their documents to be notarized only by Florida notaries. Need ability to request a notary for a specific state in this scenario.

  10. Fix issue with recipient groups so that they don't get deleted when starting a document from a template. When assigning roles there is a user field for recipient groups. It's a predefined group so there is no need to add a user, and when someone does by mistake, it clears the entire group from the document once created. This is critical for us as we have a contract distribution group for executed deals, and when the group gets cleared the users that need a copy don't receive.

  11. "No Payment Collection" button is showing in draft documents even when payment collection is disabled.
    There is nothing to disable in Settings Payment gateway since there is no Payment gateway configured. The Message only appears when the Quote Builder is selected

  12. Panda has taken away the functionality to send more than one reminder within 24h. This is affecting our business. It happens a lot that the emails sent via the Pandadocs space, lands in a client's spam box. When we send a reminder, the reminder will go to the client's inbox. Sending more than 1 reminder within 24h therefore assists us in getting agreements signed and we have never had any complaints from our clients with the reminders. Panda customers should be able to set their own limits for reminders.

    – No programmatic creation of quote items with product images
    – Product catalog not reliably accessible/linkable via API
    – Consequence: Quotes without precisely positioned images, some with gray placeholders ("grey image placeholder")
    – Fixed column labels such as "Quantity"/"Price" in quotes and system interfaces

  15. Currently the Hebrew language is not supported in PandaDoc. As this language is unavailable it has not been possible to implement PandaDOC fully in our region.

  16. Please make it possible to manage approval groups from a central location.

    We have 50 templates that have the same approval group. If an approver needs to be added or removed, you need to enter each template, and amend individually the approver groups.

    It would be ideal to be able to simply apply an approver group per template or folder of templates.

  18. I am also looking to populate a property to log the time stamp of when a document has been sent and when a document has been paid. For this I've created a property called "PandaDoc status" on hubspot deals. I would like this property to mirror the live status of the document. While I see how to change the deal stage, I want to send the document status to a property in hubspot. Can you help me with this please? It's quite urgent so if you could get back to me asap that would be great!

  20. The customer would like to remove users automatically based on the inactivity status so it is easy to keep the account user list clean. They have over 2700 users in the account and it is difficult to track inactive users and remove manually.
