What I am asking for is the ability to do this rule mapping in bulk – such as an upload feature from a spreadsheet. I have many many rules I need to add to each pricing table. I want to be able to do this once – not for each individual rule.

Option to access previous document versions directly in the PandaDoc interface
For example, if a document was signed, then edited, and signed again, it would be helpful to have access to the PDF copy of the original signed version before the edits were made.

The ability to support more custom fields for data merge rules in PandaDoc Quickbooks Online
Currently, we understand that only the first three active string-type custom fields enabled for sales forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO) are supported for data merge rules in PandaDoc.
We would like to request the possibility of removing this limitation and enabling support for more than three custom fields.

When using the in person sign feature, automatically open the document in a browser instead of the PandaDoc app
Instead of the recipients signing the document inside of the PandaDoc app, this would open the document inside of a browser automatically when attempting to use the in-person sign feature

Option to change payment reminder wording
The reminder email does not allow us to change the wording of it. We also change not specify what time of day it will go out. We need more customization. The wording is too aggressive.

Improve Customer Matching to Prevent Duplications in Stripe
Currently, when a document containing the card details field is created in PandaDoc, and the customer already exists in Stripe, the system does not properly match the records. As a result, a duplicate customer entry is created in Stripe. As a solution, it would be great to implement an enhanced customer matching mechanism that can verify if a customer already exists in Stripe before creating a new entry.
