  1. Currently, you can only add conditional rules for fields based on dropdown, radio, or checkbox fields contained within the document. I would like to set up a rule that requires signature based on a custom variable that is populated by a smart form.

    Our staff members fill out a smart form which generates a registration document for students receiving state financial assistance for a class. If the class is one of our programs that requires a background check, we want the student to sign and authorize the background check on the form, along with signing other acknowledgements.

  2. Rooms can not be sorted by the name of the room itself, aka alphabetically, or by date without knowing something about the room. If I want to search by date I need to input dates instead of sorting all available rooms by date/name.

    Or just a basic sort function toolbar instead of the in depth one available for the "date" search that is there. By this I mean a dropdown menu similar to most sites that have lists, so I can sort all the rooms by date, name, etc.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  5. When viewing your list of rooms or documents, a smaller page width due to browser window size collapses the name of the Room, which is the most important info. Add column resize controls or code a different column to respond to browser page width.

  7. Could there be an option to attach documents in private, such as how commenting works?

    Sometimes with our contracts we would like to send supporting documents to internal stakeholders with private information to be shared with them in order to approve the document or complete their part in the signing order.

    Currently we can't do this. If supporting documets need to be attached, they can be viewed by all recipients, including external stakeholders who should not be able to view.

    When we send a document through PandaDoc we have to manually send an additional email with the supporting documentation.

  9. Allow saved messages to be categorized, to make it easier to locate the message you are looking for to use as a template, rather than having to scroll through the entire list.

It would be great if there was a way to make drop down boxes and smart/conditional content blocks mandatory to complete i.e. if there is a box the user must give an answer/complete the box/not bypass it. As far as I can see it is only variables that are mandatory/flagged as not being completed?

  11. Please provide an option to filter by a range of dates to download completed form data in a csv file.

    With over 8,200 form submissions in one of our forms, it takes FOREVER to download the csv file. We need the data in this format. The operation often fails, and we have to try it again and again. :(

    If we could have the option to limit the data to download to a narrower window (i.e. the last 1 or 3 months), it should reduce the processing time. Right now, the download csv for form data is nearly unusable.

  12. When deleting a user there should be an option within the delete confirmation screen that lets you choose a new owner for their content. (a simple field to fill in an email and a checkbox confirmation).

    Currently, the only option for this is in a separate dialog (within the teams and seats section) and there's no reminder when deleting a user that they own existing content.

  13. Once a document is sent, we don't want users to have the ability to accidentally hit edit since the 'share link' option is right above it. Adding this to the custom role abilities would bypass this.

  14. We are wondering if it's possible to have the Line Items from HubSpot populate our PandaDoc Quotation in our specified order. We have a standardised system and are using category conditional logic where we input items into corresponding categories, but we would like to have a bit more flexibility in terms of specifying an order of those line items in our pricing table because as of now it's transferring those items in a random order.

  16. My clients like to get a PDF of the document to share. The PandaDoc link is great for execution, but with proposals they like to send it around to others to look at and markup for negotiations. It would be great if I could "send" it then an email automatically pops up in Gmail to send them with my signature.

  18. When users go to print out a document generated in Pnadadocs, the margins default in such a way that the page numbers and other items in the headers and footers are cut off. Having the print settings default to "fit to page" or some other equivalent would be very helpful.

  19. Hello, I would like to suggest moving the document numbering (sequencing) to enable easier access to the feature.

    Now, I have to go:

    1. Document info
    2. Settings
    3. Document sequence
    4. Click on dropdown
    5. Choose a sequence
    6. Click apply

    We adopted sequencing as contracts numbering, so it goes through 99% of our documents, and it's way too many steps to take for such a repetitive feature.

    IMHO, it can be moved and added:
    (i) as an optional choice on the document creation screen under "Add document recipients" section,
    (ii) next to "Updated X minutes ago" in the top menu of the document, or…
