Please add "Electronically signed and dated" to signature box so it appears on the actual document, many facilities require this feature and the signature certification page is not sufficient for them.

Unpaid and Paid Invoices Report
Pandadoc should have an option for creating reports for PAID and UNPAID invoices.
As of now, I am unable to create a report showing which clients are still pending to make a payment and who have already paid. Due to amount of invoicing and receiving payments by other means other than apps linked to pandadoc, it would be very helpful to have an option to create a report for paid and unpaid invoices to follow up with clients for payment.
Reports should have information on Client/Company such as address, email, description of services, amount billed, date invoice was sent, unpaid/paid,…

Set up the default size for the images in the pricing table. Image automatically align in the cell in the pricing table.

Ability to manually rearrange the order of the content library items used in a specific template smart content block
Create manual reordering functionality (like document page reordering) within smart content blocks in a template. Photo shows sample of content library items out of order. The system adds them based on creation date, not the order needed for our documents when created from a template.

Make a checkbox like a radio button (see description)
From the client: It would be nice to put just one on the form instead of having a checkmark there where the form is using a button.
More details: The client is referring to making a checkbox look like a radio button with how radio buttons come in pairs and cannot be unpaired. They essentially want there to be two checkboxes and one has to be selected.

Possibility of adding a dynamic condiitonal approval according to roles, i.e the document can be approved by an employee and their line manager, a different employee and their particular line manager

Multi-column continuous text flow
Option for text blocks to support multiple columns and text flow.
If separate text blocks can be linked, then when one column is reduced in size the text automatically flows to the next column. Or, if a passage of text is removed, the remaining text flows accordingly.4 votes -

Update PandaDoc Document Status based on Salesforce Opportunity Stage
So we are currently able to update the Salesforce Opportunity Stage when the status of related PandaDoc Document is changed (i.e. PandaDoc Document Completed = Opportunity Stage Closed Won) but we would like the ability to do the opposite. The use case here is we would like to mark all outstanding "sent" documents as 'Declined' when we move the related Salesforce Opportunity as Closed Lost. This will ensure there are no outstanding documents "hanging out" that are related to dead sales opportunities.
