While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. An error occurred while saving the comment In our customer environment, often we learn the doc should be directed first to a pre-reviewer on customer side. If info comes post-approval, adding the recipient or reshuffling the sequence returns the doc to pre-approval stage.
Then we have to run the approval step again even when nothing changes in the content.
The request is to eliminate this formal step and save time in the workflow.
Some customers request that the prepared document is reviewed by someone who should evaluate the content and then will be able to brief the final signatory. In bigger organizations, if the document reaches the signatory person immediately, they may push back. Especially in more hierarchical company cultures, this request is expressed the strongest.
