An error occurred while saving the comment Aimee Baxter commentedWe have templates where sensitive information is gathered and we cannot use the masked field, because we need the final PDF to show the information. We would like to restrict the ability for the signers in the workflow to download the document and keep this sensitive information in their own records. Also, it makes more sense if one sets to restrict downloading for the template, that this would carry over to the FORM....

Hi,
Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. Thank you for reaching out with your request to disable Captcha on our forms. We understand that sometimes Captcha can be an additional step in the process, and we appreciate your feedback.
At this moment, we maintain Captcha as a crucial part of our app's security framework. Its role is to safeguard both our system and our customers. This helps prevent unauthorized bot activity that could affect both our service's integrity and our customers' interests.
However, we also recognize that our solution needs to align with diverse user needs. Captcha on our platform is adaptive and is designed to intervene primarily when there's a suspicion of bot interaction.
If you have particular use cases in mind where you believe disabling captcha could be beneficial, please do share them with us. Your insights are valuable and will help us as we re-evaluate this request in the future.
We have a similar use case. I have a template where I have a number of variables. One of the variables is a residential address, which I have a list of possible choices. Is there a way to connect a variable to a list of choices when creating a template, so the person creating documents from the template have a limited list of choices to choose from?
