Automatically change document status if opportunity is closed.
Automation: if the connected opportunity in Salesforce is closed, then the PandaDoc document would move to completed status, without a checkbox/signature/call to action.

More Pricing Table Variable Options
Customer was interested in having more pricing table variables to choose from for other columns outside of the Footer rows. (Such as specific items under Price column etc.)

Update variables in smart content
It will be useful if we can have more customizable smart content with the variables which can be automatically pulled on the document level as well as it's working with the templates or CRMs auto-population.
It is quite difficult to use a template for a separate client if the custom variable value should be changed.6 votes -

The headers in your catalog seem like they should match up with your pricing table columns. Which is obviously not the case, some do, some don't.

Document approval defaults for all documents
I want 100% of the document going out to be approved.
I have salespeople who create their own stuff and send them without approval. Having an approval system across all documents would help make sure all that goes out is as it should be.8 votes
