  1. "No Payment Collection" button is showing in draft documents even when payment collection is disabled.
    There is nothing to disable in Settings Payment gateway since there is no Payment gateway configured. The Message only appears when the Quote Builder is selected

  2. To have the option to customize the repeat reminder for bulk send. Currently, it can only be set to every 3 days or every week. The customer would like to customize the number of days like for example to be able to set it to 30 days.

  4. Currently, when changing a signer on a sent document and selecting Change and Send, PandaDoc automatically sends the document via email. It would be helpful to have an option to send the document via link instead.

  7. Ability to specify the type (number, text, price) for custom variables so that, for example, if your custom variable has a 'Price' type, your value is formatted as an amount: 12250 >> 12,250.00

  9. move a deal stage to a different pipeline when the document status changes (e.g., deal is in Pipeline A, and they want to update both the deal stage and move it to Pipeline B).

  10. 2 way sync to to pass 2 product with the same SKU in Hubspot.

    When two identical products (same SKU, name, and price) are added to the same quote section in PandaDoc CPQ, only one instance of the product is synced back to HubSpot. it would be great to have both line items to sync individually, as they appear separately in the PandaDoc quote builder.

  11. On the Payments Tab, I would like to change the "due soon" to reflect the next 28 days rather than the next 3 days. It would be great to be able to customize the due soon interval.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  13. Have the ability to add Content Library Items in the HubSpot CPQ process. At the moment, it's not allowing us to add more pages or a CLI.

  15. The change of moving content center into templates created MANY more clicks to edit content center items. If you have a well organized content center with 3 folders to a specific item, It takes up to 5 clicks to get into it initially, then if you have to edit many items in the same folder the top left hand folder hierarchy (image below) it kicks you ALL the way to the beginning.

    So if I have to edit 5 items in the library in the same folder I have to click content center THEN root folder THEN sub folder THEN…

  16. When a user leaves the organization and is removed from the PandaDoc workspace, their name remains as the sender on all previously sent documents. This creates confusion for clients, especially when trying to access or reference older documents sent by former employees. Have the ability to reassign the sender or update the sender information on previously sent or completed documents without impacting the document’s status.

  17. I need to map the fields in the Smart Forms to fields in the Document Template. We have 100+ fields in teh Smart Forms and it's really hard to map because the selection in the dropdown are not alphabetical and there's no way to do a quick filter. See attached screenshot.

  19. If the sort order is set to alphabetical and a file is called "abstract" and a folder is called "business tools" and then a file is called "Clearance".. currently I'll get the folder with the letter "b" (business) first in the list even though a file clearly should be first since it starts with an "a" (abstract). This should not be. It should list them in true alphabetical order. Perhaps some people like the folder vs. true sort order method, but then give a toggle to turn it on and off

  20. Title: Either/Or signing (one-of-many authorized signer)

    Request: Add an “either/or signer” recipient type so a document can be sent to two (or more) authorized signers, but only one signature is required to complete the document.

    Expected behavior:

    Sender selects a signer group (e.g., Signer A OR Signer B).
    The document completes when any one signer in the group signs.
    Once one signer completes, the remaining signer(s) are automatically marked as not required and can no longer sign.
    Audit trail/certificate records who signed and that the others were optional.
    Optional: ability to restrict the group to specific emails/domains for compliance.
