  3. -Have an ability to add all amounts from an Opportunity in Salesforce (some are simply for display) and avoid additional calculations in the pricing table. Right now, you'd have to use Text columns to pull in those numbers so they will not manipulate the subtotal/total and the text columns will not have currency formatting.

  5. My company has several departments that operate as independent business units, so I've created workspaces in PandaDoc for each department. Most of our clients are also shared between these various departments, so we would like to be able to enter a client in one workspace, and then make that client available in any/all of the other workspaces so that someone in another department doesn't have to re-enter client information. This will help streamline our processes and make PandaDoc much more user friendly for our teams.

  6. When placing blocks side by side, resizing them is difficult because the dragger used to adjust the block sizes is too small, making it hard to grab and manipulate.

  8. The possibility to customize the wording when selecting the single-item or multiple-item option in the quote builder. Replacing "Select/Selected" by something else.
    That way the sender can let the recipient know what their "Suggestion" is etc.

  12. Our team uses printavo CRM as an event planning company. Its different but it works for us. I would love to see integrations between the two to be able to automatically transfer client info from one to the other

  15. Sometimes users need to change products in Salesforce based on the interaction with the customer. They can use the Salesforce reorder tool to put the items in the desired order. But it seems PandaDoc does not respect the new order in Salesforce-- it still enters items in the order they were added. The users then need to reorder the items in the generated document. We are trying to minimize users' need to change the document once generated to minimize errors.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to PandaDoc Setup, then click on PandaDoc Configure Pricing Items.
    2. Below, under Pricing Items Sorting, you can set up the order in which you want the products listed in the PandaDoc pricing table.

    Enable users to dynamically generate URLs with embedded variables, allowing for personalized or context-specific links in PandaDoc documents.

    Feature Description
    This feature allows users to insert a hyperlink in their documents where the URL dynamically substitutes predefined variables. These variables can represent specific data fields such as recipient names, document IDs, or custom fields.

    Example Use Case:
    A user creates a link in a document with the URL:
    https://example.com?user={FirstName}&doc={DocumentID}

    When the document is sent to the recipient, {FirstName} is replaced with the recipient’s first name and {DocumentID} with the unique ID of the document.

  19. It would be helpful if the Field Value in the Custom Field section supported the ability to add line breaks using the Tab key, or if there were an easier method to enter multi-line information. Currently, the information appears in a single line, and while Shift+Enter or Ctrl+Enter works within a pricing table, it requires repetitive effort to do this every time a table is created. It would be great to have a more efficient solution for this.

    Additionally, it would be beneficial to have the option to adjust the layout of the Quote. Currently, images always appear below the…
