  2. Client is requesting to have the 'Send Document' button higher. Similar to the Continue button on the preview screen to Review Recipients.

    When the Send Document button is low, users have to scroll down to click it, which is an unnecessary step. The button should be at a consistent level all the time.

  3. We’d like to request the ability for all roles to refresh data and variables when using the Salesforce integration. Currently, it appears this action is limited to specific roles — enabling this feature across all roles would streamline document workflows and ensure data consistency.

  12. We use HubSpot Enterprise and have a custom object called “Suites” that’s linked to Contacts (tenants) and Companies (properties).

    We need PandaDoc to pull data (tokens) from all three objects when creating documents — Contact, Company, and Suite — but right now it only supports two.

    Can you please request or enable:

    The ability to pull tokens from three associated HubSpot objects, and

    Support for syncing and using tokens from custom objects like our “Suites” object?

    This would help us generate complete lease documents directly from HubSpot.

  17. Make the forms so that when placing the signature block on the page the signature doesn't lock into a random line that doesn't line up with actual signature line and change the default signature font size to 12 instead of 15 so it fits on most forms.

  18. Our quote builder is set up like an excel document, and used to fit nicely on a single landscape excel page. With PandaDoc there is so much wasted space, and column text gets ultra skinny because you aren't able to reduce column and row margins enough.

  19. We’re currently using Stripe as our payment gateway for proposals sent through PandaDoc.

    At the moment, we don’t want to show credit card surcharges on the proposal itself (in the pricing table), but we still need to charge this fee when a client pays via card.

    Is it possible to edit or adjust the Stripe payment amount after the document is sent but before the funds settle, so we can apply the surcharge on the backend instead?

    Or is there a recommended way to apply a Stripe surcharge without including it visibly in the proposal pricing? Stripe says they do…

  20. The customer would like the ability to create and manage teams before setting up a new workspace. Right now, PandaDoc asks users to select a team during workspace creation, but there’s no way to create a new team at that point. This can be confusing, especially if no relevant team shows in the dropdown.

    Suggested improvement:
    - Allow team creation before starting the workspace setup.
    - Option to define a new team if the one they need isn’t listed.
