Dark mode for Teams
Seem like you've overlooked styling for dark mode in the Teams integration. Just been trying it out today, but the display could really do with some attention as shown in the screenshot attached.

In-depth document reporting
More granular reporting on the individual document level. A lot of documents have the same name and many docs are sent, so it would be nice to have a more granular view like the activity reporting where you can look at individual documents.

Add a Suggestion Box
A 'Suggestion Box' would be easy way to receive customer feedback and concerns. I would have used this feature to let you know that I am not a fan of the 2.0 program version as it is not as user friendly as the one before....it's too must like a creator graphics program now and is cumbersome to work through. Pull graphs from Tableau
Wanted more of an out of the box solution and will revisit this later this year. Requested we pull graphs from tableau for Reps to show audit results on site. Not within out limits.

Add the option to make the 'Collect Files' content block inaccessible to clients.
This would allow sales teams to upload internal documents (complex costing sheets, setup forms, etc.) that would be accessible in an approval chain but hidden from the end client.
We would upload our excel costing sheets when we create a quote then submit it to our approval team. Then, they could open the excel costing sheet before approving the document. However, once approved, it would be sent and not accessible/visible by the client.
