  7. Document deletion restriction for non-admins/managers / restrict deleting completed documents

    There should be a possibility to prevent a user from deleting a document, especially after it gets sent for approval (through the workflow). that should be an admin/manager only function.

    Ability to only delete drafts and approved contracts, but not signed contracts

  10. Receive invoices for accounts with Automatic collection method

    I'd like it to stay automatic but to get the invoices. Can this be resolved at one point?
    For now please leave it as is but I think this should be resolved as it creates a lot of headaches for our bookkeeping processes - it's a legal obligation here to collect and file all of the invoices.

  11. Let recipients view a doc only after they view some statement

    It seems to me that the recipient is not been shown a GDPR / privacy statement about the tracking capabilities withing PandaDoc. Can I change it so that before a user can see the document, he has to accept the GDPR terms?

  14. Customer Specific Pricing

    Contact or customer number to associate them using certain pricing. Some customer have a different pricing model so it would be nice if there was a customer/contact number that would know to pull the pricing specific to them.

    Hi.

    We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap. Should you come across any other ideas that suit your business needs, don’t hesitate to give them an upvote!
