Only direct the recipient to the payment if they select a certain checkbox. For example I have Stripe payments sent up. If I sent someone a document to sign and they select credit card on the document I would like them brought to the Stripe page to pay. But if they select wire transfer they would not be brought to the stripe payment page.

Pricing table: disable the option for the recipient to select products if the field is assigned to them
Wants to have all products listed on the pricing table and select which ones, before sending, that the recipient is purchasing. To do that, you have to enable “optional item” for those products. However, we also have added fields to the document for the recipient to sign, but adding these fields also allows the client to change the product selections on the pricing table. Looking for a way to eliminate that.

Update/Add/Delete Products via API
We maintain a products list in a CRM, and use the API to create projects in that CRM when PandaDoc documents are signed. This requires maintaining a sync between the PandaDoc and CRM products list, which currently has to be done manually through csv import. REST access to the PandaDoc products list would enable us to maintain that sync automatically.

A feature that automatically updates a HubSpot property with a custom value when a document’s status changes. For example, when a document is marked as "Completed," a specific property should display "YES," even if this value isn’t present in the document itself.

HubSpot: option to pass line items info via variables into the document
We integrated with HubSpot and are moving to Line items. We would like variables available for line items. Not just the deal level. We need to key information in twice in the deal and on the line items, which is a double effort. If we move away from the deal information, we lose an important integration in our letters. It would be great if we could implement variables in line items.

Update Salesforce fields with the PandaDoc variable based on the selected templates. There are cases when multiple templates are used with one Opp and not all of the docs created from one opp need to pass the field info. Currently, there is no way to set up the trigger for specific templates.

Completed date in reporting that corresponds with final signer

Could you please add the final signature as a variable/column in reporting? Currently, the 'time to complete' is based on the median of signers. In our case, the first signer is internal (CEO) and the date that truly matters to us is the date the customer signs.And yes, I know that we can include the CEO signature in the template and let the approval flow via the approving functionality. The issue here is that this solution will not allow us to capture historical data. Moreover, quote approval on CEO level is currently in use above a certain discount…

Automation: Data fields will automatically be sorted out based on the fields in the document
Automate data field completion to avoid filling it manually each time—perhaps by pulling information from document fields or variables, or by selecting them once for a specific contract template and applying them automatically thereafter.

Import from CRM for SFDC CPQ
Customer currently using SFDC CPQ; Import from CRM functionality does not work for them if they make changes in Opportunity quote line items to push into PDoc documents; NO mention of making this improvement on Roadmap
