  11. Feature that disables the download option by default and automatically enables it once the document has been approved

    Use Case: Users are required to generate documents that go through an approval workflow before being sent to customers. However, some users bypass this process by downloading the document immediately after generation and sending it outside of PandaDoc.

    Ideal solution: Introduce an automation or developer-mode feature that disables the download option by default and automatically enables it once the document has been approved.

  15. Ability to remove Space if no variables is passed

    The Ability to remove the empty spacing if no variable is passed.

    Example: Not all have a 2nd address and if none was placed it will leave a blank, instead of a Blank space. To just add a custom spacing of pull in the next set of variables inline with the Template

  16. Allow Changes to Original Items Reflect on the Same Item in a Shared Workspace

    Currently, templates and CLI's that are edited in their original workspace do not have the same changes reflected to the same items that are shared in other workspaces in the org.

    This causes great problems for clients, if those shared items are used for smart content, for example, no changes to the original item will reflect on the shared items. This causes clients to make several manual changes, duplicating the items so they will reflect the changes in the shared workspaces as well as reconfiguring smart content rules.

  20. When a contract has been signed in advance - add a date for when the next document needs to be sent eg. the start date of the contract

    When our contracts are signed the user doesn't have access until their start date. We need to send access details on the day the contract actually starts - not when it was signed or sent.
