  1. It would be nice if we could add the PandaDoc Documents Salesforce component to a Salesforce homepage. It could bring in documents associated with that Salesforce user, rather than documents for a specific Salesforce object. Ideally the user would be able to somehow filter that list, or we'd be able to set filters on the component itself (i.e., only show documents in a specific status/statuses).

    Currently you can add the PandaDoc Documents component to object pages within Salesforce; however, you cannot add this to a homepage.

  3. Description:
    A customer has reported that the current PandaDoc App listed in Microsoft Azure does not support SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management). This limitation prevents automated user provisioning and de-provisioning via Azure Active Directory.

    The customer initially considered setting up SCIM but discovered that the app does not support it, stating:

    "The PandaDoc App registered in Microsoft does not support SCIM. The developers of the app would need to implement that."

    Impact:

  6. If a customer fills out a form - say a medical form for their student in January and the student has no ailments. Then in June, the student starts taking prescribed medication and the customer needs to add the information to the form they already submitted

  10. Enable automation that records PandaDoc document status changes in MS Dynamics Notes section. Each update would include a clickable link to the document. This differs from the current functionality that only attaches PDFs of completed documents.

    Key benefits:
    - Creates a complete audit trail of document status changes (draft, sent, viewed, signed, completed)
    - Allows users to monitor document progress without leaving Dynamics
    - Provides easy access to documents at any stage with a single click
    - Maintains a comprehensive record of document lifecycle activities in your CRM

  12. Instead of the recipients signing the document inside of the PandaDoc app, this would open the document inside of a browser automatically when attempting to use the in-person sign feature

  13. The reminder email does not allow us to change the wording of it. We also change not specify what time of day it will go out. We need more customization. The wording is too aggressive.

  14. It would be beneficial to have the option to adjust the layout of the Quote. Currently, images always appear below the description, but being able to place them on the side (or adjust the positioning) would help optimize the page layout. A feature to customize this arrangement would greatly improve flexibility.

  16. Currently we have Automations in place for our Documents. However, when we use Rooms and send Documents via Rooms, the automations are bypassed, and we have to perform manual tasks.

    And example of this is uploading completed documents to our CRM upon completion. Which works great when we create a single document from a template. However, when we add documents to a room, The Automation doesn't activate, and we have to then manually complete the process if using Rooms.

  19. Currently, when a document containing the card details field is created in PandaDoc, and the customer already exists in Stripe, the system does not properly match the records. As a result, a duplicate customer entry is created in Stripe. As a solution, it would be great to implement an enhanced customer matching mechanism that can verify if a customer already exists in Stripe before creating a new entry.
