Improve email forward security to prevent impersonation and other risks
When you forward a signature email to another party, this new party can sign as you without anyone the wiser. I perceive this as a potential security breach.
Steps to reproduce:
As sender, prepare a document to be signed by signer1.
Disable the signature forwarding toggle.
Send by email.
As recipient1, forward the email to recipient2 (email forward, NOT the button in the body of the email)
As recipient2, open the document and observe that you are signing as recipient1.On the top of my head, automated email forwarding are particularly problematic in this case, among other security concerns. Also…

Pull fields on a template dynamically via API
So lets say we have 3 recipients that needs to sign the document,means on a Template it should be 3 Signature field
But, since we are working with API, we might not know how many recipients it can be, 5 or 2. How can we deal with Signatures field than? Can it be somehow created dynamically?1 vote -

- Add the Collect Files field to your form, then publish it.
- If your recipient is using a mobile device, they can take a photo and upload it to the Collect Files field.

Smart Suite
I realize the big money seems to be in integrations with the larger CRM's. I would encourage you to look at Smart Suite which is a no code low code and I think will become gigantic in the near future. There are alot of companies (especially start ups that watch pennies closely) and would not pay for platforms like the Hubspots of the world out of the gate (when Smart Suite will automate to the same scale and degree for almost nothing in comparison). all of these companies will pay the money (or accounting and legal will force them too…

[Quote Builder] Allow decimal points in the quantity like a pricing table
We want to use the quote builder for a prepaid block of hours based on FTE requirements. This figure is often not in whole numbers. For example, we may need 2.25 FTE rather than 2 or 3 FTE. Could we please get the ability to use decimal points in the quantity in the quote builder? It's available in the pricing table as an option currently.

Use role variables in merge fields (e.g. when pulling SalesForce (SFDC) Opportunity Contact Role data)
Let's say there's an SFDC Opportunity with the "Decision Maker" Opportunity Contact Role. In order to pull the data of this contact role when you create a document from an opportunity, you need to have the same "Decision Maker" role in PandaDoc template and use the corresponding variables "[Decision Maker.FirtName]" , etc. The problem is that you can use those variable only in PandaDoc blocks. The feature request is to be able to use same role variables (without square brackets) in fields ("merge field" field setting).
The feature request can also be useful for other integrations and for non-integration cases…

Can view and Edit documents only created by the creator API
Since there are API users and documents created via API, it would be great to have a custom role where members can view and edit only documents created by the API

Individual documents in Bundle Automatically pushed into proper PDoc Folders
Customer needs a way to take a completed bundle and set up an automation to be able to break the bundle back into individual documents that could then be pushed into separate PDoc folders. The action would allow user to designate where each individual doc needs to go (specific PDoc folder)
