  7. Reporting: Document Analytics by Approver

    We have a list of people who approve documents, but we want to be able to see the data on the approvers.

    For example: We a team made up of 4 people who are approvers, everyone works together to approve these documents.

    We want to be able to have a breakdown of the 4 approvers, and how many approvals they made each month.

    This will help us in a variety of ways, but also to make sure that we are spreading work evenly to each team member.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  8. `Merge variables

    (for example if I wanted to take "[Client.FirstName] [Client.LastName]" and make it "[Client.FullName]" to use in a MergeField.

  9. Be able to disable auto-placed fields feature

    Would like the ability to turn off the option for auto-placed fields on uploaded documents. I do not wish to use it and having to say "no" on the pop-up every time I upload a document is annoying.

  10. Ability to set different fonts and sizes for the linked fields

    Linked fields are great, but now if you change one of their fonts or sizes, it affects all the other linked ones. Sometimes the forms we are mapping them on need different sized fonts and sizes to look good. It would be better if each field could have it's own formatting options, the linked part would only bring in the letters/numbers in the text.

  11. Turn off Sales Receipt for QuickBooks Payments

    We are using PandaDoc for proposals. When we take payments, they are for deposits on those proposals. I want to apply the payment as a credit to the account not a sales receipt.

  13. Set all fields recognized in PDF auto-placement as required

    Currently, when you upload a PDF with form fields, the fields will be added to the PDF document but, will be set as not required.

    Would like to have the ability to choose whether these are default added as required or not required.
