Show link to custom Salesforce objects (i.e. CPQ quote) in the new design
At this point, once the document is created, we show links only to the records of the default objects (Opportunity and Quote). Would be great to show links to the records of custom objects as well.

Google drive favorite folder
Hi,
When adding a document for signature through Google Drive, please add a way to favorite or shortcut the folder that I typically work from. It is inconvenient to navigate to the folder each and every time. Thank you!

Improve role change transparency: user notifications, permission-aware error messaging, and UI access control
Currently, PandaDoc does not notify users when an admin changes their account role (e.g., from Member to Collaborator). Users only discover the change when they attempt to perform an action their new role no longer permits. Compounding this, users with restricted roles such as Collaborator still see action buttons like "Create New" in the UI, but clicking them returns a generic error message ("Sorry, we're having a little trouble. Please reload the page or contact our Support team.") rather than a clear, role-specific explanation.
his combination creates a frustrating and confusing experience, as users have no way of knowing their…

Automation: Create a folder when a document is sent. Title should contain the recipients company name
Currently, there is an automation that moves documents to folders, but not one that creates a folder. Need an automation that creates a folder and pushes a document into that folder based on certain criteria, such as the recipient's company

Save multiple files to Salesforce for bundled documents
If the document is a bundle (contains a few documents), we should save them separately under Salesforce Files (at this point we save one generic document).

API: Auto-convert uploaded DOCX documents to editable format without requiring manual UI action
When a DOCX file is uploaded via the PandaDoc API, it remains static and read-only by default, and the "Make editable" conversion currently requires a user to manually open the document in the editor UI.

Salesforce - Template-level control for field write-back trigger
Currently, the "Update Salesforce fields with PandaDoc field values" trigger is global, and write-back behavior can only be controlled by manually configuring Merge Field mappings on each template individually. There is no centralized way to define which templates should or should not participate in the write-back.
Incase one has multiple templates, they need a template-level toggle or an allowlist/denylist in PandaDoc Setup to manage this at scale, without having to audit every template manually.

Add section_uuid to pricing table objects in webhook and document details API
When a bundle document is signed, the recipientcompleted webhook returns pricing.tables[] with no reference to which section each table belongs to. The same gap exists in GET /documents/{id}/details. There's currently no way to cross-reference pricing tables back to their originating bundle section via the API.
Request: Add a sectionuuid field to each pricing table object in:recipientcompleted webhook — pricing.tables[].sectionuuid
GET /public/v1/documents/{id}/details — pricing.tables[].section_uuid2 votes -

Certificate of Signature must show the attachments of the document signed
The Certificate of Signature should also indicate whether the document signed by the recipient included any attachments at the time of signing. If attachments were present, the certificate must display the attachment's name and relevant details.
This ensures full transparency for the recipient, confirming that any attachments were part of the original document from the start — and were not added after the signing was completed. This protects the recipient from unknowingly signing a document that may have had files appended without their knowledge.2 votes -

Quote builder - Ability to customize formatting (decimal place) for each column individually.
When changing the decimal place in the quote builder all numbers in the quote builder change. As an example lets say we change it to 3 places.
This can be very nice for showing the price of an item that can be to 3 decimal places, but for showing the total, it can be confusing to have 3 decimal places as it can be confused with a denominator separator.
Example: at a price of .055, 23220 units are purchased. So the total price shows up as 1,509.300 which can look like 1.5 million. When really it is just 1.5k and…2 votes -
Allow workspaces to have only specific document recipients to specific email domains
Comment from customer:
I am planning to create a PandaDoc workspace named Internal and wanted to know if it's possible to configure a rule or policy that restricts document recipients to specific email domains.
For this workspace, I would like to ensure that documents can only be sent to users with our internal email domain, @siebert.com. Is there a native setting or recommended approach to enforce this restriction?
