  1. Recipients can upload visible in a document images / files

    Allow recipients to upload images not as download links (like in EV1) but as entire picture which is a part of the document.

  2. Variables with empty values in CRM: replace Variables values if they're left blank. If the token has no value it will show as blank.

    If the variable value is empty in CRM pull the empty value instead of displaying the variable.
    Avoid yellow fields in the document if the value is empty in CRM.

  3. Audit Trail - add more events

    The option to see audit trail of users and the changes they make to a document, such as:

    Signing Order
    Text edits
    Field tokens added

  4. Disable Document Sent for CC'd Recipients

  6. Signer can re-assign some fields to other people

    There are instances where the sender doesn’t know who will be signing what fields. Doc forwarding and signing won’t work because they want to be able to adjust what fields a person signs.

    Ex: sender sends to abc@gmail.com and they want abc@gmail.com to be able to distribute the 3 fields they were assigned. Maybe assign 2 of the fields to one recipient and the last one to a different recipient

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  13. Bypass approval workflow if no edits made (of just small ones, not related to pricing etc.)

    Customers need to go through the approval process every time they edit the document - which is inconvenient and creates a bottle neck when they're editing for small reasons (i.e. not pricing or discount or terms related).

    It would be nice to pin approval workflows to specific blocks, or define a way to bypass for edits.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

  20. Multiple layers of conditional fields: conditional field within a conditional field

    Please allow a conditional field within a conditional field as an example, "in the payment dropdown, I want to create another rule that states if they choose credit card it goes to info below, if they choose cash or check it goes to bottom for signature."
