  3. The old forms feature had a blurred background image of a form behind the pop up window. Smart Forms do not have the background image and I prefer it.

  4. What’s the problem?

There’s currently no way to resize multiple fields at once in the document editor. Users must manually resize each field individually, which is time-consuming when working with forms that have many fields.

    What we need:

The ability to select multiple fields and resize them all to the same dimensions in one action.

    Why it matters:

Saves significant time when building forms and templates
    Creates consistent, professional-looking documents
    Reduces repetitive manual work
    Current workaround:

Resize one field, then duplicate it—but this doesn’t help when fields already exist and need to be standardized.

This version is concise and gets…

  5. Currently, custom Field IDs for fields added to Content Library documents automatically include a number starting with "1" after the Field ID name. A specific Field ID has been entered for a Fillable Field that would be the same in various documents in the Content Library. Adding various forms with these fields into a template do not link because a number is being added to the Field ID name. Users have to manually check each field and delete the number from the Field ID so that it can automatically link to each other throughout the document. For long documents, this…

  6. Can you please add a function that allows users to center objects on the page or always have the center alignment line populate?

When working on a page with multiple content boxes it is nearly impossible to drag a new object (text box) to the actual center of a page due to PandaDoc using grid-based relative layout where it prioritizes alignment to different boxes rather than the actual center of the page. The center line should always populate to ease the process for users manually adjusting documents. Even if there was a button to center the object, like you center…

  7. Feature Request:
Add the ability to save and reuse individual standard fields (such as Name and Job Title) as standalone items that can be quickly inserted into any document, especially when working with different uploaded PDFs.

    Problem It Solves:
Currently, when users work with different PDFs each time, they must manually recreate common fields like “Name” and “Job Title” for every new document. There’s no way to save these standard fields as reusable items outside of templates or content library blocks.

    How It Should Work:
Users should be able to save individual fields (e.g., “Name” text field, “Job Title” text…

  8. Pre-Selected you can define Single Item, All Item, or Multi Item.

For Dynamic, it only allows Multi-item. So even if the user should only be choosing one of the products that matches the criteria, he CAN choose 2 or 3 items, which can ruin the configuration.

  9. I would like the ability to add images to the proposal in the Catalog fields. For instance, if a client wants a model for an upcoming event with a 1920s theme, I would like to add an image of the model in a 1920s dress to the proposal without altering the actual catalog entry.

  10. When i share a user with a folder, it should automatically propogate that change to all the child folders. I need to share a folder with our lawyers and it doesn't seem there is any way to do this. This seems like a very basic behavior?

  13. Currently, when bundling multiple templates together (e.g., MSA + addendum), any approval workflows configured at the individual template level are automatically disabled and cannot be enabled on the bundled document. The system indicates that approvals need to be turned on at the template level, but this doesn’t work for bundled documents even when approvals are enabled on the original templates.

Requested Feature: Allow approval workflows to carry over from the original templates when bundling, or enable the ability to configure approval workflows directly on bundled templates without having to recreate them from scratch.

Problem it Solves: This creates inefficiency and…

  14. Feature Description: "Copy to Folder" Selector
Currently, when a user duplicates a template or document, the system automatically places the copy in the root (main) directory. This requires the user to leave their current view, locate the copy, and manually move it to the intended sub-folder.

The Destination Picker eliminates these redundant steps by introducing a pop-up modal at the moment of duplication. This allows the user to specify exactly where the new file should live before it is even created.

  16. Problem Summary
Currently, PandaDoc assigns all fields to roles on the template. If a field is unassigned when you send the document, PandaDoc will auto-assign it to a signer, making it editable by the client recipient—even if you intended it to be internal-only and “read only” for external signers. There’s no intuitive way, in the UI or API, to assign a field to an internal/non-signer, fill it pre-send, and then have it locked for the client who is the only signer. This results in a loss of control and integrity for fields intended as internal-use or immutable after preparation.

  18. The new UI/UX experience is awful. I have to click so many times just to get to drafts for review. I recorded a Loom of my experience. Please make this better! This is NOT an improvement.

  19. After the new update, now when you are editing a table the tool bar is at the very top or bottom of the table rather than at the row you are working in. Which means when working with a long table you are now wasting time continuously scrolling to the top/bottom to add a row or delete a row etc.
