  2. Ability to delete a user from all workspaces at once

    The admin would like to remove a user from all workspaces without having to check each workspace. An example use case is for when users leave a company.

  3. Prevent document sending without field information being filled out by sender (fields assigned to the sender by themselves)

    Warn document creators that information required by them for fields is missing when sending documents.

  4. Omit zero values for pricing tables (show them blank)

    i have items coming from the CRM to the pricing table that have 0.00 value
    I want to omit this to show blank

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  16. Hubspot automation improvement

    move a deal stage to a different pipeline when the document status changes (e.g., deal is in Pipeline A, and they want to update both the deal stage and move it to Pipeline B).

  17. Feature that disables the download option by default and automatically enables it once the document has been approved

    Use Case: Users are required to generate documents that go through an approval workflow before being sent to customers. However, some users bypass this process by downloading the document immediately after generation and sending it outside of PandaDoc.

    Ideal solution: Introduce an automation or developer-mode feature that disables the download option by default and automatically enables it once the document has been approved.
