  2. It would help a lot to be able to adjust the size of fields to specific dimensions. Ability to edit size of a field by inches, millimeters, or pixels would contribute to a much cleaner looking document

  5. We need a variable for when a document is submitted to a receiver. For example. this date variable would be used in the cover letter or the agreement effective date. It would be populated with the date the document is sent to the recipient.

    The second date variable/field is Signature Date. This date would be populated with the date a person signs the document. This field would be associated with the signer of the document and populated automatically when they sign the document.

  14. Make an area of a document required so that as long as some fields are filled out, the others do not have to be. Rather than assigning specific fields as required/not required

  15. Some forms have a YES or NO box and I don't want the client to be able to miss one, and I cannot require that both be checked. Being able to require 1 of 2 boxes, or 2 of 4 boxes, just for example, would be helpful.
    Example: Male vs Female (I know there are more options now, but the form I have to use only has this)
    Medical forms with YES or NO required for each question.

  16. It would be awesome if we could have hidden fields to be shown after a document was signed. I was imagining having a "notes" section where the sales person could get specifics for each line item so there can be an easier hand off from the salesperson to the project management team. Currently once the document is signed the hidden field cannot be unhidden. I could also see a world when you download the copy of the doc if you had the option to download it "unhidden" as well.

  20. It would be great to allow for the following when using document automation fields based on PD Contacts:

    If a contact field, such as phone number or address is placed in a document, if those fields were empty in the contact, you could set them to be required or optional, and whether update is allowed, and accept user entry or update, which would then update the contact record. It would also be nice to indicate to the user that input or update is requested or required.
