Upload contracts to a new folder in Google docs with the folder name being created using the Deal Name (or other HubSpot property)
When a contract is completed, I want to upload it to a new client folder on Google Docs. Pandadoc would need to be able to take the Deal Name from HubSpot, know the folder it has to go into in Google Docs (set in advance) but create a new folder based on the HubSpot deal name and save the new contract there.

Automation: Move document to a workspace upon an event
Move a document from one workspace to another upon an event.
For example, an organization wants a separate workspace for all their executed contracts to make sure only people with permissions can access those.
An automation that would move a contract upon Completion to a certain workspace would achieve that.1 vote -
