  4. HIPAA compliant sign in for website (alternative to Forms)

    I need a HIPAA compliant online form that I can make in PandaDoc and embed into my website so patients can sign in. I can embed the forms I created but the form has an extra step that collects name and email address to view the document. This makes things very redundent

  8. Quote builder: show before and after discount pricing for a line item

    I was just wondering if when adding a discount to individual items from the catalogue if I can choose to show the price before the discount and the price after the discount? In the same way that when choosing a total discount for everything you can select to show a before and after discount amount.

  16. notifications when emails are bounced/not delivered

    I noticed that if we enter the incorrect email address for the signor/contact or if there is any other reason the email is not delivered/bounced/delayed, etc. PandaDoc does not send us any notification of delivery report so we will never know what happened... Anyway to send us notifications when emails are bounced/not delivered?

  19. Pipedrive released a new feature (see description for details)

    Pipedrive released a new feature that allows to enable or disable products when selecting them for a deal (SEE image 1) - when the Pandadoc is created, deselected products are still passed into the Pandadoc pricing table, regardless of toggle (SEE image 2).
    This is unintended behavior, can a fix or patch be made to the integration component to filter our products that have been disabled?
