See the note that was added when manually updating a document status within the document.
When manually updating a document status and adding a note to why it was closed, it would be nice to have the note somewhere on the document. Right now nothing shows up on the document when it is closed out and a pdf sent to both myself and the customer. Not having the reasoning why this was closed out and a signature not collected make me have to go back into PandaDoc to track this down. It would be nice to have it more visible right from the dashboard and/or directly on the document in lieu of the signature certificate…

As part of fraud detection measures, a PandaDoc client may want to parse the source ip-address (and geo-location tag) of all document signatures and run them through a fraud-detection service to see if any red flags are raised that need further investigation.

Radio Buttons - Linked/duplicate fields
Need the ability to duplicate a set of radio elsewhere in the same document/template. There are state and federal forms that this functionality is needed (for example, State of Florida Do-Not-Resuscitate Form). Competitors already have this functionality.

Once a document is signed, it would be useful to be able to send a copy of the signed document with certificate and any uploaded images to an "Admin" user for them to process.

Currently you can only map properties to HubSpot from templates. I'm making a template with a lot of conditional logic which requires me to create Content Library items as building blocks. I would really like to be able to map my questions in these building blocks to HubSpot properties.

Change sensitivity for form field snapping and nudging
Moving/nudging form fields is too kludgy. This results in radio buttons and check boxes not aligning correctly with the underlying document. The end result is a document that lacks professional appearance and shows our customers that we lack attention to detail.

Automatically add initial and signature fields for a second signer
Currently, I have to maintain two versions of each contract template to accommodate situations where a second signer is required. While other platforms I’ve used allow me to simply add a second signatory, which automatically generates a second set of initials and signature fields, PandaDoc requires me to manually add and position each box for the second signer which takes too long.
This process is not only time-consuming but also cumbersome, as it forces me to duplicate every contract template to create a version for two signatories. Managing and selecting the correct template becomes unnecessarily complicated with twice as many…
