modify the document sent message view
If we send a document to our customer the email contains a link to the document only. We want the mail to include the document itself as well as an attachment in pdf form.

Links to completed documents expire after 6 months. I want to be able to extend the life of completed documents because a process may extend beyond 6 months, causing friction with any team members who do not have access to a PandaDoc account.

Have a "DONE" button on the clients side after they complete their suggestions.
It is hard to know when a client is done editing a document. It would be ideal to receive a notification that they are done, rather than a notification for every edit they make. This will ensure we are both not working on the document at the same time.
This feature would be best to be an option that can be turned on or off, so that you could still allow a team to work both live in the document.

Black Bar menu gets in the way
Panda is so non user friendly, the black menu bar gets in the way of filling out the document and that happens every time you make an entry. It’s absolutely awful. The same can be said for the user name that pops up, it’s just in the way of filling in the document.

Single click on ALL entries
The document requires a double click on all entries instead of a single click--it is very time consuming and not user friendly at all in that capacity.

Optional Template Roles
Add feature to create an optional role that can be included or excluded from documents as needed. For example, if a template typically uses 3 roles, but one of the cc'd roles is occasionally unused.

Duplicate/Copy contacts in PandaDoc
Copy contact in PandaDoc - create this way a new contact: Create a contact copy - useful e.g. for 2 contact from the same company. All fields can then remain and only the name+email would be change. Would save a lot of time.

Transfer the ownership of the template
To transfer the TEMPLATE to someone else so that any time a doc is created from that template, they are the owner and then when it's sent it comes from them
